Well-established accounting firm in Bend, Oregon is looking to expand and add another full-time CPA to our long-standing presence in the community. Our firm takes pride in providing exceptional service to our clients and our surrounding central Oregon community. Our clients are in a variety of industries and sizes, well-developed to start-ups, and really let's us play an important role in the local community and culture.

You are someone who:

• has thorough (7+ years) experience and a continued passion in financial statement engagements – compilations, reviews, and audits of for-profit and not-for-profit entities or municipalities
• has their CPA License
• has experience and/or the interest in preparing tax returns for an assortment of individuals, businesses, trusts and estates of differing complexities
• is friendly, hard-working, professional, and detail-oriented
• works well individually and as a team
• appreciates adding value for clients through tax planning and consulting projects
• takes pride in their work, and are willing to learn and strive to complete a quality product
• readily engages in communicating with clients
• appreciates detailed tax research related to client issues
• possesses strong writing and communication skills
• understands the work ethic required for extended tax season hours
• thrives working in a paperless work environment
